Mental healthcare through all stages of life

Everyone posses the internal tools to heal, grow, and thrive through the many changes in our lifetime. In times of stress and transition, therapy can guide, restore and sustain us. It can help us discover our pockets of joy and find closure and balance.

Together, we can develop a process that honors you and your experiences. Your relationship with yourself and others is an unfolding process of discovery. As a therapist, I am committed to finding a path forward that works for you.

A modern approach

I focus on grounding, compassion, connection, and humor as central parts of therapy. My practice uses an ecological approach to counseling. An ecological approach looks at how mental health and well-being are impacted by our social, community, and natural landscapes. I also look at your past relationships to better understand your experience throughout your life in relation to others. I specifically utilize behavior techniques, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Somatic, and Attachment-Based therapies. Sessions are held virtually and in the EastBay area of California.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
